Custom software, built around the work

Every engagement starts with the operating problem, not a technology choice. The work usually lands in four areas.

Remote delivery serving the United States, Middle East and Asia.

01

Forward Deployed Engineering

Engineers work inside your product and operations teams, follow the problem where it happens, build the fix and support adoption.

  • Time spent watching the process before proposing what to build
  • Accountability through integration and adoption

02

AI & Workflow Transformation

Document processing, knowledge assistants and automation, tested on your real inputs. A named person approves anything with financial, legal or customer impact.

  • Document extraction and classification
  • Knowledge assistants that cite sources
  • CRM, approval and reporting automation

03

Custom Business Platforms

Internal systems, employee platforms and client portals for work spreadsheets can no longer carry.

  • Operations dashboards and approval systems
  • Customer, partner and vendor portals

Product & Cloud Engineering

SaaS products, APIs and the cloud beneath them: CI/CD, infrastructure as code and monitoring.

  • SaaS applications, MVPs and multi-tenant platforms
  • CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture and observability

Business problems we address

Where the work usually stalls

You do not need to choose a service first. One document process may need AI extraction, a review tool and ERP integration. We help separate what is needed now from what can wait.

Industries

Industries we support

Example workflows. Not client claims.

Intake documents, referral routing, scheduling and records that live in too many places.

Engagement models

Three ways to start

Ownership, access, documentation and handover expectations are agreed at the start.

5-7 working days

AI Workflow Opportunity Sprint

Focused discovery on one important workflow: bottlenecks, automation feasibility, integrations, risks and the recommended path.

  • Pricing shared after initial workflow review
  • If it is not worth building, we say so in writing
See the Sprint

Scoped build

Project build

A separately scoped build, written as outcomes with explicit exclusions.

  • Riskiest assumption tested first
  • Documented handover

Alongside your team

Embedded FDE team

We own a defined product area or work alongside your engineers and operations teams.

  • Ownership and code review agreed up front
  • Support through adoption

Questions

Before you get in touch

Anything else, ask us directly.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Describe the bottleneck. Workflow problems often cross service boundaries, and we will map which ones apply.

Who owns the code?

Code ownership, repositories, licenses, hosting and handover terms are stated in the engagement agreement and agreed before delivery begins.

How do you work across time zones?

We work directly with your stakeholders and technical teams. Delivery is remote, and review points and decisions stay visible throughout.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes, when agreed explicitly. Monitoring, response expectations, access and escalation are documented, not assumed.

Describe the bottleneck

Tell us where the work stalls. We will say honestly whether software is the answer.
